Cancellation Policy
Biweekly & Weekly Session Policy Session times are reserved in advance and held consistently. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting the lesson. Sudden illness will be addressed on a case by case basis. Lesson time may change throughout the year based on availability and scheduling needs. I will always aim to accommodate changes as smoothly as possible. Holidays: Lessons will not be held on statutory holidays unless otherwise arranged. If a lesson falls on a holiday, we'll coordinate in advance to reschedule or skip as needed.
